Sanguedolce
Sanguedolce is a creamery from Puglia specialized in the production of mozzarella cheese and other excellence of “made in Puglia”.
Sanguedolce products
Sanguedolce produce a wide range of products with two common characteristics: the high quality of the raw products and the passion of make them:
- Mozzarelle selection: Classic, Bocconcini (small ball shape), with Lactic ferments, Nodino (small knots shape), nodone (big knots shape), quadrifoglio (four-leaf clover shape), Treccia (braid shape);
- Specialties: creamy bocconcini, , burrata (Burrata is an Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream. The outer casing is solid cheese, while the inside contains stracciatella and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture), burrata of Andria I.G.P., caciocavallo, heart of burrata, fresh cheese, “murgetta” with arugula;
- Scamorze (Scamorza is an Italian, spun paste cow’s milk cheese belonging to the pasta filata family. Shaped similar to a provolone in pear shape, it is available in many other forms as well. A semi-soft white cheese with a texture comparable to that of a firm, dry Mozzarella) : Scamorza sticks, ciambellone (ring shape cake), filano, white piadina, aged scamorza, white scamorza, sfoglia, treccia of scamorza (braid shape);
- Smoked cheese: smoked sticks, , Bocconcini (small ball shape) , ciambellone (ring shape cake), filano, piadina, treccia (braid shape), treccione (big braid shape);
- BIO (organic) cheese (in fiocco and in glass jars);
- Lactose-free cheeses: burrata, butter, caciocavallo, caciotta, burrata heart, mozzarella, ricotta, scamorza;
