Today Sirio Food Passion still tirelessly continues its search for producers and products that are different from those present on the market. Pursuing this goal steadily, Sirio Food Passion is steadfastly and passionately looking for  novelties, offering quality products among the top-of-the range traditional Italian food products.

The  dream started 25 years ago. Sincere gourmet curiosity has led Sirio Food Passion‘s owner, Luigi Paci, to “discover” real taste workshops. He has met and come to appreciate the old flavor entrepreneurs, tireless dreamers who daily engage in personally managing their local realities, thus creating true and unique specialties. Some examples of incredibly unique products, not comparable to other products on the market: a seasoned ham produced with meat from pigs fed exclusively with natural products and slaughtered after three years, reaching the weight of 300 kg; a mortadella made precious by using black truffle or PDO Pistachio from Bronte; a large bresaola, produced with high-quality fresh Chianina breed meat – all of them exclusive delicacies.

The different phases:

The work of Sirio Food Passion has just begun. The first phase in which the customer and the producer express their interest in cooperation, is followed by the second one in which Sirio strives to find the most suitable and profitable arrangement for both sides. At this point Sirio Food Passion provides product management advice to create a synergy that is based on solid business principles.
