Mendel Speck is a family-run South Tyrol company founded more than sixty years ago by Roberto Larcher and his wife Rosa. They started with a small family-run enterprise in the dairy industry which developed into a meat processing company.
The company’s main characteristics have since 1954 become well-established: a family- run business , great respect for tradition, love for their work and outstanding quality of their products.

The products are made among the breezes of the Mendola Pass, surrounded by the beautiful Termeno landscape on the famous Wine Route:
