Daniela and Elda are the owners of a small traditional company in Chiusavecchia, in the Imperia province, which produces jams, compotes, ragouts and sauces based on old recipes and using carefully selected ingredients.
The jars are a perfect blend of the scents and tastes of nature. Fruit keeps the taste and fragrancy of freshly picked fruit, tomatoes give pasta an unmistakable Mediterranean taste.
Sauces
The traditional lab produces 212ml/180 gr tomato sauce jars with typical Ligurian ingredients: taggiasche olives, tuna fish filets, porcini mushrooms, basil, ortolano (with garden vegetables), with peppers, with chili peppers, extra-spicy, with rosemary and bruschetta.
