Since 1928 the artisanal pastry laboratory Di Ciaccio prepare breakfast cookies, traditional desserts (of which the exceptional “Pastiera”) and vegan cookies made with fruits and ancient grains flours.

By respecting the tradition and using modern techniques Di Ciaccio make pastries products and cookies with selected ingredients: high quality fresh butter, sunflowers oil, fresh eggs (only of free range), natural stone grounded flours from 100% Italian ancient grains and cereals, IGP Piedmont hazelnuts, selected coffee and cacao, artisanal candied fruits and natural yeast.
